How to use: With black bread, onions and mustard; with potatoes; with pickles; and, of course, in good company.

We receive a fresh batch of lard every week. The pieces may differ from those in the photo – they may be slightly thicker or thinner, or have slightly more or less fat marbling – but we always monitor the quality of our products and ensure there is sufficient fat marbling.
